1. Faulty Product Reporting:

a. Timeframe:You must inform us of any faulty product within 72 hours after receiving the item.
b. Notification Process:Contact our Customer Support team via or through our designated customer support channels, providing your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting images if possible.

2. Return and Replace Process:

a. Authorization:Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the faulty product.
b. Shipping the Product:Ship the product back to us following the provided instructions. Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
c. Product Inspection:Upon receipt of the returned product, we will conduct a thorough inspection to confirm the reported fault.
d. Replace Process:If the fault is confirmed, we will promptly dispatch a replacement product to the same shipping address. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative.

3. Eligibility Criteria for Return and Replace:

a. Fault Verification:We will assess the reported issue to verify the products fault. Please note that general wear and tear or damage caused by improper use are not considered faults.
b. Product Condition:The product must be in its original condition, including packaging, labels, and any accompanying documentation.

4. Exceptions to Return and Replace:

a. Damage Products replace policy:If any product is found incorrect/damaged/decayed, you are advised to communicate through Customer Care: or Hotline: with the relevant details about the order within 36 hours **about 1 and a half days** of receiving products so that product can be replaced.
b. Bicyle and Electronics Product replacement:In the case of Bicycle & Electronic Items, you are advised to let us know through hotline or customer care within 7 days for replacement or exchange.No replacement will be available if the products are damaged or broken by the customer after delivery or, the replacement is claimed after 36 hours **about 1 and a half days** of dispatchment, or if the customer does not confirm relevant details of the order.All the services are non-refundable but are replaceable with stated conditions.
C.Refund Policy:If user cancel any order and did online payment, It will refund 5 to 7 working days.
