Timeframe: • You must inform us of any faulty product within 72 hours after receiving the item Notification Process: • Contact our Customer Support team via support@akijfairvalue.com • Use our designated customer support channels • Provide your order number • Include clear description of the issue • Attach supporting images if possible

Authorization: • Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) • We will provide instructions for returning the faulty product Shipping the Product: • Ship the product back following provided instructions • Ensure product is securely packaged to prevent transit damage Product Inspection: • We will conduct thorough inspection to confirm reported fault Replace Process: • If fault confirmed, we will dispatch replacement to same shipping address • If same product unavailable, we may offer suitable alternative

Fault Verification: • We will assess the reported issue to verify product fault • General wear and tear or damage from improper use not considered faults Product Condition: • Product must be in original condition • Must include original packaging, labels, and documentation

Damage Products Replace Policy: • Report incorrect/damaged/decayed products within 36 hours (1.5 days) of receiving • Communicate through Customer Care or Hotline with order details Bicycle and Electronics Product Replacement: • Must report within 7 days for replacement or exchange • No replacement if: - Products damaged/broken by customer after delivery - Replacement claimed after 36 hours of dispatch - Customer doesn't confirm order details All services are non-refundable but replaceable with stated conditions

Online Payment Refunds: • If order is cancelled with online payment • Refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days
